FreshSpoke

FreshSpoke is an online marketplace platform that connects wholesale buyers with local food producers by simplifying order, payment and delivery for buyer and seller. FreshSpoke's shared delivery system leverages the excess capacity of commercial drivers - including our own food producers - traveling the roads everyday. We give them the opportunity to make extra cash by delivering local food, while giving buyers a convenient and affordable way to get fresh quality food delivered to their door from producers they know and trust.

This ambitious upstart has also launched a mobile app for consumers called Local Food Champion that gives consumers the ability to authenticate the origin of foods labeled as local. The Local Food Champion decal on buyers entrances signals patrons to open the app and get real time product and producer information about what and when that purveyor has procured through FreshSpoke.
